Mr Farook plans every dental implant case with a low-dose CBCT scan so the implant position, angulation and abutment are worked out before a single incision is made. Surgery is delivered under local anaesthetic (with optional IV sedation) and takes 45–90 minutes per implant. Straightforward cases are restored with a permanent crown after 12–16 weeks of osseointegration; complex cases requiring bone grafting or a sinus lift follow a longer, staged pathway. Full-arch rehabilitation using All-on-4 or All-on-6 is offered for patients with terminal dentition, typically delivering a fixed provisional bridge on the day of surgery.
